Sigiriya
The ruins of a former rock fortification can be found atop Sigiriya, a monolith in Sri Lanka. “Singha Giri” (which translates to “lion rock”) is the source of the name. UNESCO designated Sigiriya as a World Heritage Site in 1982.

Dambulla cave temple
The central part of Sri Lanka is home to the Dambulla Cave Temple, commonly referred to as the Golden Temple of Dambulla. Royal Botanical Garden Peradeniya
In Sri Lanka’s Central Province, the Royal Botanical Garden of Peradeniya is situated 5.5 kilometers west of Kandy. Eighty hectares or so make up the botanical garden. The garden showcases more than 4,000 different plant species, including temperate plants as well as tropical ones like orchids, spices, and medicinal plants. Rawana Falls
The falls bear the name of Ravana, the legendary ruler mentioned in the famous Indian epic, the Ramayana. According to legend, Ravana, the former ruler of Sri Lanka, kidnapped princess Sita and hidden her in the caves beneath this waterfall, which are now called the Ravana Ella Cave.
